A.L.L. Group Consulting was founded by Ja’mel and Rochelle Armstrong to help people become more fully themselves and more faithful in how they lead, love, work, and live.
Together, we bring decades of experience across ministry, nonprofit leadership, coaching, communication, spiritual formation, and relationship-building. We believe the best development does not simply improve performance. It deepens people.
